R.E.A.D.S. is a wonderful site for free downloadable library books in electronic format (e-books and downloadable audio books).  It also offers free streaming video.  All you need is your Caryville Public Library card number and you are good to go.  TEL is a wonderful site for homework for all ages, including college.  It contains a great test prep site, encyclopedias, newspapers, journals and many other forms of research material.  Both R.E.A.D.S. and TEL are maintained by the State of Tennessee.
